Job Description


Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information. Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology. Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. For applications built to run in a Windows environment, uses the standard help compiler to prepare all on-line documentation. 

Associate’s Degree in related field. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 
General Experience:

Must have four (4) years of experience in technical writing and documentation experience pertaining to all aspects of IT. 
Specialized Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in preparing technical documentation, which is to include researching for applicable standards.
